Tuesday Dance & Stretch
Some of my work days are busier than others. I try to plan my workouts so that I can at least get a short workout in at the beginning of the day. Today’s workout is approximately 28 minutes of dance/walk videos followed by 10 minute flexibility workout.
This is the second in a series of 7 playlists that will include dance/walk and stretching/yoga videos.
